Delete local data
- Open “For me” in Demenz Coach.
- Select “Settings”, then “Privacy & Data”.
- Confirm “Delete all local data”.
This removes onboarding, learning progress, check-ins, history, consent settings and saved phrases from that device. Uninstalling the app also deletes its local app data.
Manage your account, cloud data and export
Under “Settings → Account & Backup”, you can sign in with Apple or a telephone number, export your cloud data, sign out, or select “Delete account and cloud data”. Before permanent deletion, you must confirm your identity again with Apple or an SMS code. Deletion removes the Firebase Authentication account and all associated synchronised records; it does not cancel or refund an App Store subscription.
Signing out alone does not delete data. Local guest data and local data for signed-in accounts remain separate.
Withdraw consent for personal AI assistance
You can withdraw consent under “Settings → Privacy & Data”. No new personal text or voice input will then be transmitted until you consent again. Withdrawal applies to future processing.
Manage internal quality review
The separate option for OpenAI project logs is off by default and can be changed independently of personal AI assistance under “Settings → Privacy & Data”. Disabling it prevents new response objects from being stored. Previously stored entries expire within 30 days. For access or an earlier deletion request, use the contact address below.
Manage analytics and crash diagnostics
Optional app analytics is disabled by default and can be enabled or disabled in the app settings. Anonymous crash diagnostics can also be disabled there for future reports. Website analytics loads only after “Allow analytics” is selected. Use “Privacy settings” at the bottom of any website page to change or withdraw that choice. Withdrawal applies to future analytics events.
Revoke microphone access
You can disable microphone access at any time in iOS Settings under “Privacy & Security → Microphone”. Text input and local content remain available.
Manage your subscription
Apple manages subscriptions. Use Apple Subscriptions to view status or cancel. Deleting local data or the app does not cancel a subscription.
Exercise privacy rights
For access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection or other questions, email dementica@minini.de. Do not send health data. Because we cannot access data held only locally, it can be deleted only on the relevant device.
